Absolutely! You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. You can also check your order status anytime by logging into your account or clicking the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email.

Allow 7–12 business days with Free Standard Shipping, and order earlier between October 15 and December 17, when production can take 2–3 business days longer. If your gift has a date attached to it, choose Fast or Fastest shipping at checkout.

Returns are accepted within 60 days of delivery. Email us with your order number and the reason, and we'll send return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or wrong. Personalized items cannot be restocked, so a deduction may apply. Full terms are in our Refund Policy.

We're so sorry if that happens! Take a photo of the damage and email it to support@familygiftstudio.com within 14 days of delivery, with your order number. We'll reply within 1–2 business days and arrange a replacement or refund. Please don't send anything back until we've confirmed.
